Located between the Pacific Ocean and downtown Los Angeles, Loyola Marymount University is a comprehensive university offering 60 major programs, 55 minor undergraduate degrees and programs. Dr. Larson's interests are in lattice ordered algebraic systems. Dr. Larson received her Ph.D. from the Claremont Graduate University in 1984 and her B.A. from St. Olaf in 1979. She joined the LMU faculty in 1986.
